Very few “get it” like this one. I have seen most of the doctors in this practice and am very happy with Dr Britt’s but the times that I’ve seen Dr Knopfle have always been fantastic. She just has a way of gleaning the info from the patient and relaying the next steps that are fantastic. I have also started taking my daughter to this practice and the way Fr Knopfle was with her was awe inspiring. If I could have the Alexa machine be based on anybody, I would be Carolyn Knopfle ;) thanks!!

Overall, this practice is terrible. This rating isn’t after a one time occurrence, I’ve been a patient here for 8 months. The level of care has only worsened. No one can ever answer your calls everything goes to voicemails without a callback. The only way to get in touch with anyone is to send your provider a message and someone from the office reads them (not your provider, a receptionist) then they sometimes respond. Appointments are never available for less than 6 weeks out, and the office staff is far from caring and understanding. Patient care is not a priority. It will be your fault as a patient If you need a med refill and haven’t seen your provider and can’t see them. I received a nasty gram from Carolyn about that specifically when I had an appointment scheduled but the staff said 6 weeks out was the next available. Communication is terrible. Instead of letting you know refills have been sent or you need an appointment, etc messages are read and left I responded to.

Listened very carefully and explained diagnosis and medication thoroughly. Showed concern for patient various medical issues

Carolyn, made me feel as if she really cared about my health concerns. She understood my military background and showed empathy towards my pains. She made me feel comfortable telling her my major issues without pointing a finger. Coming from a military doctor where things are different she knew exactly what I was needing by just conversation. She allowed me to give her my background and how my illnesses came about without judgment. I’ve told my entire family about the practice and hopefully they will all follow suit.

Carolyn was very thorough in discussing health concerns, she's easy to talk to.

Dr. Knopfle is the best doctor I have ever had. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. I have had some medical issues and she is helping me through them. Thank you!!!!

I’ve had some pretty severe anxiety and carolyn has been an absolutely fantastic doctor. She’s understanding, she lets you talk, she listens, she’s extremely intelligent and well versed in really everything I’ve spoken to her about. Im lucky to have found a wonderful doctor I trust like her. Im in my mid 40’s now, and I’ve never been so comfortable with a physician. Just a stellar person altogether.

Carolyn is the best! I look forward to my appointments because I never feel uncomfortable talking about what's going on. She's attentive and non-judgmental. I've been seeing her since I moved to FL and I travel out of my way now to continue going to this practice, as does my husband.

My family has been with this practice for several years now and have never had a bad experience. I have 2 chronically ill children and Carolyn has made herself available to us (a lot) throughout this pandemic. She is thoughtful with her words, kind with her delivery and open to thinking outside the box with some of our unique issues. I enjoyed working with her so much, that I have moved to her for my own primary care. Cannot recommend Carolyn or this facility highly enough.

I am always skeptical when visiting a new healthcare provider but my first visit to establish a relationship with the practice was amazing. Carolyn made me feel very comfortable and took her time to listen to all my concerns. This was an awesome experience.
