I was given inaccurate information and told that the practice was Tier 1 by them and also by my insurance company but had to pay a Tier 2 copay. The office did not offer to help and told me to call the insurance company myself to have it fixed. I had to wait a decent amount of time before being seen and Carolyn was very short with me and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. She did not agree with my imaging reports and ordered more costly tests.
