I looked for a pelvic floor physical therapist trying to avoid surgery. I could have gone to several closer, but I drive 45 minutes to go to Carolyn Winuk. I saw results after just one week of doing the first few exercises she gave me. I am so thrilled that I found her. She explains everything about how the pelvic floor and all of the associated muscles work and what the stretches she gives you are doing! She also teaches you about lifestyle changes that will help with your problem and how they help In just three visits, I know so much more about pelvic prolapse, and my particular prolapse problem, than I learned from three different urogynocologists! If you are fortunate enough to have found her, don't hesitate to go to her. I promise you will be so glad you did. I highly recommend her!
