Carrie has helped adopted daughter find her self and her voice after a stinky childhood. Daughter has wonderful boundaries, compassion, and decision skills. Daughter's private high school (Cherry Creek had nothing to offer her) did a lot for her confidence and abilities in a very safe environment, but it was Carrie who helped daughter learn good ways to express her wants and abilities, moving past just fitting in. Carrie has many twice exceptional clients and has been huge in daughter's becoming a nearly independent young adult.

I would NEVER recommend Carrie to anyone. She is extremely unprofessional. Her visits with my son we more like social visits than therapy. She acted like his friend not his therapist. Furthermore, she shared very personal information that I had shared with her in confidence, with my young son. Is it possible to give Zero stars?

My child worked with Carrie for at least a year. Carrie seems like a nice person, but is clearly not equipped to be working with more sensitive cases like dealing with trauma and separation. Not only did she not help our family but I believe she hurt us.
