She is so sweet and is very easy to talk to! She used EMDR to help make stressful events less stressful which helps me tremendously!

Carrie is an outstanding therapist! I have worked with many therapists throughout my life and she is definitely the best. She was able to help me through an incredibly difficult time in my life using EMDR which I had never done before. I have now overcome many of my issues but continue to go to sessions because she has been so helpful; she keeps me grounded and sane.
