Very rude
I have seen her three times for my back. She is very rude, the appointment was extremely rushed, and she doesn't listen at all. She comes off as very snarky, like you are wasting her time by being there and she's got better things to do. This was every time I had seen her. Dr. Kaplan is great, but she is terrible.

Carrie fox needs improvement on her attitude towards patients. She seemed more interested in scheduling procedures than proper evaluations. Her comments were over all nasty. She quickly jumps to assumptions and needs to listen to patients better. I wonder if Dr. Kaplan knows how many patients do not return because she is so rude.
