What Health Care should be
Carrie was so professional and very kind and encouraging. This is the best experience I have ever had at a medical appointment. I am guessing the review with negative comments. You get what you give js. What they described is not even close to the care I received. Carrie is the most respectful and caring professional I have ever dealt with. She's an amazing Professional I hope stays.

EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL
Carrie Kast is one of the worst nurses I EVER met in my life. She was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL, raising her voice to me and having crazy attitude. If you don't like your job or can't handle your job, find something new because thanks to your disrespect RAMC/hospital are getting bad reputation and patients are rather drive farther (Dells, Baraboo, Sauk City, etc. ) than to RAMC. HR should give her some lessons/advice how to respect patients.
