When I told her about my low back pain, she said, "Take an aspirin." I had to ask her what was on my x-ray. She wouldn't volunteer that information. She said I had some medical term wrong with my spine. I asked her what that was and she just stared at me. I actually had to ask her a second time because she literally just sat there and stared at me. After a while, she looked at her phone, said, "I need to take this" and rushed out of the house. Her assistant or nurse or whoever it was (no introductions) said, "Is that it?" She said, "Yeah," and that was it, just literally got up and went without another word. She needs to find another profession.

Carrie Mungai is the rudest person I have ever encountered. She thinks everyone but her is an idiot and she scares her patients with lies. Why Visiting Physicians of Dallas still employs her is beyond my understanding. At her last visit to my house I told her to leave and never come back.

Sorry,, but she is cold and rude and has little patience with what you think. She acts like you don't know what you are talking about. I have had several Dr. dealing with my chronic pain and health issues but she is the WORST. All my past Dr. were understanding and caring not her!!
