10 plus stars for this PA...Always pleasant and cares about your concerns and how you are doing. Very thorough and on top of tests and meds. Staff is efficient and helpful as well.

Caryn is my Guardian Angel. I went in barely able to walk and left feeling better. She treats the patient; because of her, we have diagnosed what is wrong. It isn't simple low back pain. She follows her instincts and medical knowledge and listens to the patient. It's a partnership in treatment. The only requirement is you have to be actively involved and follow her advise. Caryn, Kelly, and Veronica in the office made my painful existence better by just being great and caring people. An amazing group of professional's; be honest with them and yourself and you can have success.

I cannot repeat enough that this is one of the BEST medical offices I've dealt with. Both the doctor, PA, and office staff truly care about how we patients are doing. THEY LISTEN and reply and LISTEN and EXPLAIN whatever we need. Thanks to them my pain is under control for the first time since my surgery in March 2018. The first meeting with her she really listened to my concerns. She worked through various options always taking in to concern whether the medication would be damaging to my remaining kidney and was it a medication that I already had experience with due to my chronic migraine history. We have progressed through the plan and I can thankfully say that it's working. I thank the staff every chance I get for LISTENING to me and helping me. I wish more medical offices had doctors and staff that operate the way Dr Lynch/Caryn Axtell-Kelly PA's office does.
