Medical professionals typically do not have an array of Hippocratic skills. More often is the case that they lean to one side of the Healing Arts or the other. One may find the greatest tactician with hands trained in the art of life-saving techniques or, just as valuable but in the alternative, a healthcare professional may exude an abundance of empathy. Rarely, however, does the perfect balance of these attributes fall within one Provider. Regardless, unless the conduit of information between the patient and the HCP is tuned to a frequency the Patient can hear, then ‘complete care’ is not possible.
