WHEN I VISITED HER FOR A ROUTINE VISIT I SHOWED HER MY FINGER WHICH HAD A MISSHAPED NAIL. SHE SAID THERE WAS SOMETHING UNDER THE NAIL THAT NEEDED TO BE REMOVED. I TRIED. I ENDED UP GOING TO THE WALK IN CLINIC BECAUSE OF PAIN AND REDNESS AND WAS TOLD THAT SHOULD NOT BE DONE AND PRESCRIBED ANTIBIOTICS FOR INFECTION. I WAS ALSO TOLD I NEEDED BLOODWORK EVERY 3 MOS. WHEN I WENT IN AFTER 3 MONTHS I WAS TOLD NOT TO COME BACK FOR 6 MONTHS.

Casey could care less about you as a patient. She seems to concerned in saving money for spectrum health. Over a year ago my blood work was off. I hinted to cancer. She did send me across the street to the cancer clinic where I was told it's because I don't have a spleen. So that's that. In approximately January of this year I went in for a full assessment. I seemed fine, she said. One week later I saw a mass at the back of my throat. After a CT scan in the big rapids er, it shows throat cancer. I made another appointment with her and she actually seem to argue with me that I didn't have cancer. Now after going thru chemo and 35 rounds of radiation. Guess what, I have cancer. I would not recommend her

She takes her time and always puts you 1st! Wish there were more like her!
