I’ve worked with Cass for about seven months, and they’ve been great. Consistent weekly meetings at recurring times, which really helps considering my ADHD. She supported me through my transition and with my divorce, and has been a real advocate for me. Highly recommend!

Cassandra is fabulous! She has been with me through my entire transition, which at points has been very challenging. She has been supportive, knowledgeable and encouraging me to unpack my insecurities and fears, and help me connect to resources I needed. I am more than six months into my medical transition and don’t know if I would’ve moved forward without Cassandra’s help. I’m out to most of the people in my life now, which is pretty incredible given how conservative some of them are.

DO NOT go to this provider. I wish I had stopped seeing her sooner than I did. She was horrible at returning calls/emails. She would make snide comments off and on about my attire during appointments, and if it wasn’t my clothing she would find something else to subtly bully me about. What really did it for me though was a breach of confidence. I had a friend who was seeing Cassandra as well, and based on some comments that friend made to me, it was obvious that Cassandra had disclosed some information I had revealed during one of my private appointments with her. ‘Unprofessional’ does not even begin to describe her. It took me a while to start to trust therapists again after that, and I’m still wary.

As a patient at Cassandra’s practice, I’m so happy with the decision to seek therapy here. They’re always patient, kind, and empathetic. Exactly what I needed in a therapy practice. They’ve helped me through a really dark time in my life and I couldn’t be more grateful!

Cassandra has been a great fit for me, and thank goodness I found her before the pandemic. I had trouble finding a consistent therapist who was a good fit in Indy since I moved here, and I was so relieved to find her. Cassandra is down to earth and authentic, and has really helped me work on establishing and maintaining boundaries, and finding ways to feel safe. We meet virtually now, which is best for me anyway, and she worked with my on a sliding scale until my insurance kicked in. Cassandra is awesome, I’d recommend her to anyone dealing with trauma and boundary issues.

Horrible provider. I would honestly say she is wreckless is her practice. She rushes through to get people the letters they need (transgender) without even helping them digest their struggles. Like others who have complained about her she completely went off the radar when I needed documentation from her. I ended up having to spend a couple hundred out of pocket to see another therapist for a referral because Cassandra refused to reply to emails. She makes quick money off a few sessions then disappears. She also is unorganized and forget we had appointments scheduled, double booked patients and then blamed anyone but herself. If you are trans and struggling, please DO NOT go to her. Your mental health could seriously suffer.

I was referred by a good friend who had a great experience. It took a bit to get scheduled, but when I did, it ease worth it. She’s genuinely warmed, and also got straight to the point, rather than being kind of elusive or silent, like I’ve had with therapists in the past. I have BPD, and she really rolled with all of my histrionics, referring them to it bout shaming me. Cool space too, in an arts building.

Cassandra is the best, seriously. She made me feel at home right away, and has a way of seeing what you might not and holding you accountable to your goals, while being super friendly. She helped me get through my transition and also end an abusive relationship. If she has space, see her!

She ghosted me. We had two virtual appointments, and she was late to both (and I get that things happen, so I didn’t think much of it). Then she just never showed up to the third and wouldn’t respond to messages. I followed up a couple weeks later and never heard back. I wasted $150 out of pocket for this experience.

Wow, where to begin? She is the best therapist I’ve ever seen. She compassionately pushed me to dig deeper to get to the root of my mental health issues and I’m a healthier person now because of her. 10/10 would recommend!

I waited for three weeks to get a virtual visit with her. Had everything set up for a babysitter, waited over 15 minutes for her to call via video and finally checked my email to find out she cancelled less than 30 minutes before our appointment. She never called and then emailed back with different people's names as to who could help us. Very disappointed in her professionalism.

Cassandra has been wonderful! I've gotten to address some issues with her that I haven't with past therapists, and she values social justice, which is very important to me. I have worked with her for nearly 2 years, and I am really proud of the work we've done. The office is fairly convenient in Broad Ripple, and she also meets virtually when necessary . I highly recommend her!

She was recommended by a lot of people in the LGBT community and I was extremely dissatisfied. She was rude and wasn't talkative at times and ignored the issues I came for. Didn't explain anything and seemed offended by some of my personal opinions and took it out on me in my sessions. The office building is dingy. The bathroom toilet didn't flush and you kinda have to go searching for her room. She also didn't give me a heads up on how much the insurance would cover or how she would bill.
