When I first started seeing her she was patient and listened and talked through my concerns. That has gotten progressively worse over time, to the point that this session she really rushed through the appointment and didn't even look at the issue I wanted to have re checked. I'm guessing she was having a bad day but she was dismissive about all of my health concerns and the tests I wanted to do.

Cassandra ensured that I understood what to anticipate; &, accommodated a separate request, as well as arranging for labs to be accomplished prior to my departure from the clinic. I very much appreciate being able to take care of all current issues in the same visit
