Cassandra Motkowski, APNP

I saw Cassandra for what I explained were small fiber neuropathy symptoms and told her I had been having these issues for several years. Having been incredibly ill for quite some time she seemed more concerned with why I’d hadn’t had the biopsy sooner. My symptoms had previously been explained away as fibromyalgia which never seemed to fit the description. I worked in the medical field so I used medical terminology in the appointment and it was not well received. After my punch biopsy confirmed my suspicion the remaining question was WHY is it there. No answers were ever provided. I was treated like a seeker in the appointment and documentation stated I brought a list of unrelated symptoms, I’m not sure how she determined that because she never looked at the list. Today I’m dealing with considerably worse muscle atrophy which was on the list, she ignored, of concerns that were not unrelated. I attempted to display symptoms but instead of observing she proceeded with her exam.

I suffer from migraines. I was sent to her for B---x injections. I have had them in the past for headaches at a different provider. I have had them for the last 17 years for cosmetic reasons. Not one time, have I ever had an issue until Cassandra. Two days after the injection, I woke and 1 eye was almost closed.. I work with the public and this caused a lot of embarrassment. Not only that, but it was extremely uncomfortable. My eye-watered constantly. My nose ran. My eye burned and I couldn't see out of it. This lasted at least 6 weeks.I went to the clinic to speak with Cassandra and they wouldn't let me. When I received my bill for $2,800. My insurance covered $1,000 of it. I owed the remainder $1800. I have filed multiple grievances with Bellin sighting my full experience along with photos. Their findings with investigating is that Cassandra did what she was supposed to do and expect me to pay that money for my suffering. She was very rough when she injected me & extremely fast

Cassie came in quite abruptly & was very rough with her patient. She did not listen well to questions or concerns. She did not speak with her patient directly and treated her like a number. Not happy with her lack of compassion.
