I suffered for five years with severe pain in feet and lower legs, and was told I had neuropathy, and there was nothing that could be done, and Caterina Ciccone did not even send me to a neurologist to verify her diagnosis. As the pain became more severe over the next five years, I asked doctors for various tests after researching on the computer, So I would know what to ask for. Finally I found through an MRI of my back, that I have a severe spinal condition and I need surgery. This would have been a lot better If I had known this five years ago when the pain started. I continually told.Caterina Ciccone of my pain symptoms, but I was never taken seriously by her. She should have listen to me and sent me for an MRI of my back five years ago.

I look forward to seeing "Dr. Caterina" because she will take the time to answer all my questions and concerns. It doesn't matter if there is a waiting room full of patients, I know that she'll be interested in what I have to say and won't brush me off to see another patient.

Yes! Absolutely! Ms. Ciccone takes the time to listen, even to respond to any area of concern from the patient and is well educated. As a new patient, my wait was understandable longer then normal as all the basic forms had to be completed. Medical Assistant was professional and friendly. With the challenges and stress placed on healthcare professionals, you will find excellent services in spite of what challenges they face with this COVID-19 .

Caterina is very caring and she explains my lab reports to me and what the numbers mean. She is personable and very smart. I recommend Caterina to everyone who wants a experienced doctor who communicates with patients well.

My recent visit was routine. The office is convenient in the fact that I can have my routine bloodwork completed in the office so I don’t have to go to a lab. As always, I didn’t wait long past the scheduled time of my appointments and the waiting room was appropriately set up to deal with the recent virus concerns. I have seen Caterina since I began using the services at this office. She is always thorough, pleasant, and I actually look forward to having an office visit with her. I have referred other people to this practice whenever the subject comes up.

As always, Caterina is very personable and caring. She covers my medical history and delves into any recent health concerns. After thorough exam and findings, she recommends the most effective treatment and prescribes Rx if necessary. I always feel that my health is important to her. The overall support staff is equally friendly and helpful.

I see five other specialists she has referred me to and each is of superior care,as she is. She has addressed each one of my health needs and followed up with each referral.
