I went to see her about concerns, one of which was that I believe my coccyx is at an extreme angle and obstructing my colon. She dismissed it immediately and told me to schedule a colonoscopy. The prep caused extreme dehydration and I ended up in the ER. I never heard back from her office. She had zero concern about solving my problems and simply wanted to push profitable procedures. It would have been so cheap and easy to schedule an X-Ray or (slightly less cheap and easy, but still not a colonoscopy) a CT to investigate. But X-Rays and CTs are cost leaders, not profit procedures, so Diagnostic Clinic staff typically try to avoid them.

YOU CANT EVEN GET THEM TO PICK UP THE PHONE! "Your call is very important to us... Your call is very important to us...." Total joke.

Was referred for a GI visit. She was helpful, knowledgeable, sweet and caring and had a friendly demeanor. Would definitely recommend.

She sent me to have a Celiacs blood test but never told me I needed to have gluten in my system for the test to be accurate. I was gluten free at the time. It was my primary Dr who told me after the fact. I went to her for bloating and indigestion but when I went back for the results of my colonoscopy and endoscopy, she just read the reports with no mention of what’s causing my symptoms. When I asked her she simply said, “Do you want medicine for it”. I found her to be condescending and cold. I actually saw her roll her eyes at me. I won’t be going back.

I JUST HAD A APPOINTMENT WITH CATHERINE BARBER AND SHE WAS OUTSTANDING, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE I WAS QUITE HAPPY WITH HER

I had an appointment with her to go over lab results. She laughed at me when I asked her to hold off on a ultrasound until we had other results back. I later told her that I already changed my diet, she scoffed at me and said "What, as of today". Very unprofessional.

I had an appointment w/ Catherine at largo Diagnostic clinic. I came their for birth control and they said I was due for an exam before they could provide me anything. I scheduled this appointment in advance and had to take time off of work. She cold as ice when she came into the room. Didn't acknowledge me. After the efforts made she then told me that she didn't have birth control samples available and she told me to go to planned parenthood. This took the cake for the worst dr appt ever.
