Condescending and apathetic
I was referred to Catherine through my primary care provider. I was very excited to go and discuss possible ways to improve my health, since at that time I had gained alot of weight due to medications and was not able to lose it. Instead, I was faced with someone who showed no sympathy for my situation and was very quick to make assumptions and twist my words. I walked away with no plan, feeling extremely frustrated by yet another medical provider who interjects their own biases into their work.
