Genuine concern is obvious with Nurse Ezell as well as from Dr. Khertarpal. Visits aren’t rushed but time is t wasted either. My wait times have never been long. I was very happy to have changed to this medical group and office! Grateful!

Horrible

I have read a lot of negative reviews about Dr. Biswas' office and staff. I have to say that I am glad I did not let those reviews keep me from coming to this office. Yes, the office is very busy and they may not answer the phone right away but that should tell you they are busy with other patients. The front office staff, pearl was very professional and helpful. The young lady that took my blood pressure was an absolute delight. Although I did not see the doctor herself, my visit was with the Nurse Practitioner. At first I was hesitant but after my time with her I was amazed at how thorough she was. She actually went through all my history and all my medications. She made sure I knew what each medication was for. She even called my previous doctor to verify I had the right medications on my list. Yes the visit was a little long but I felt like she took her time and did not rush my appointment. I would see her any time over a doctor!
