I have been seeing Cate for several years. I appreciate her professionalism and kindness and she has made a huge positive difference in my life.

Cate has been extremely helpful, not only to me, but my sisters as well. I originally went to her as an ADHD specialist. Getting to know each other, she’s helped me with depression and anxiety as well... she is great and very easy to converse with. I always found myself uncomfortable explaining what I’m feeling.. but she makes you feel comfortable/safe/understood. Thank you Cate!

Catherine Grasta was my treating professional at Tinu Addams for approximately one year. I have adult ADHD. Kate was remarkable, well informed (above average), professional and intelligent. She changed my life. Cate taught me about adult ADHD, how that differs from childhood ADHD and proper dosing. My entire life made sense after a few sessions with her. I can't say enough good things about Cate, as dosing correctly, can help ADHD patients succeed in every aspect of life. I would recommend her to anyone seeking current and previous medical advise and treatment.

very knowledgable on psychoactive medications and up to date on recent research. helpful but laid back approach with my kids. so glad she left tinnu-adams, that place was nothing but constant issues month after month with prescriptions, scheduling (always double booking her), and billing. when she left they refused to give me info on contacting cate, refused to renew our scripts, and refused to even return our phone calls. thank goodness our family doctors stepped in until we could locate cate!

Cait cannot competently diagnose and formulate a treatment plan. I came to her when a psychiatrist I had had for 2 decades became ill. I had had the same diagnoses and been on the same drugs for many years. My regimen was stable and extremely helpful. Cait disagreed with the diagnoses of the other doctor. She thought I had Bipolar Disorder rather than ADD. When she took my Adderall away, everything went way downhill. My performance suffered at work. I would have lost my job if my pcp had not stepped in and prescribed Adderall temporarily. He pulled some strings to get me into see a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist restored my drugs to my usual regimen. I am back to being my normal self, but those months I was with Cait were an absolute nightmare! Thank God for a very supportive spouse, who could have left me for my frustrating inattentiveness during this time. I would avoid this practitioner at all costs! You don’t realize how much a competent provider means until you don’t have one.

Appallingly incompetent care! This np took more of my session time talking about herself than focusing on me. She is distracted because I would say something, and right afterwards, she would ask me a question asking for the exact information I had just given her. Sometimes she would give me instructions on how to take my meds, and then the next time I met with her she would have forgotten what she told me. I would tell her what I was doing, and she would scold me for taking my meds exactly as she had instructed. Working with her is crazy-making when you are supposed to be going to her to get help for whatever is troubling you. She routinely made errors with my prescriptions at the pharmacy, requiring endless phone calls to get corrected. Very frustrating, and I do not have time for this. Cait is erratic and unpredictable. She is no warm fuzzy either.

Horrible care. She asked me if I wanted Adderall and I said no and she sill sent in a prescription of Adderall for 20 mg twice daily. When I called her back and asked why she sent me in Adderall, she said that I "looked tired" during the appt. I work fifty hours a week...that's why I am tired. I am forty seven year old.

I’m still trying to figure out why she left her clients at the Tinnu Addams location without informing them. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. No letter. No verbal communication. Nothing. When asked at her prior location how to contact her, clients were told that she stopped taking her former clients and would not take their records. Clients that were with her for many years were just dropped. There were multiple chances to inform them that she was leaving the practice, but didn’t.

Absolutely terrifying in her incompetence (or carelessness). To many issues to list them all, but the top 2: Would send incorrect prescriptions to my pharmacy. And the last straw was at an appointment she gave me new instructions on how to take a specific medication, I followed said instructions to a T. Two weeks later at my final appointment she immediately got mad at me bc she thought I had chosen to change it on my own. Basically it went;"Do exactly X"...."W.T.F WHY ARE YOU DOING X?"

I have recommended several people to Cate. She is personable, knowledgeable, and responsive to any and all concerns I have had over my years of visiting her. Her thorough checkups and willingness to adjust or switch medications makes her stand out among many other health care professionals I have encountered.

Very poor customer service, NP Grasta unwilling to discuss issues, No confidence in her or her staff, very unprofessional!
