Is a experienced, compassionate, no nonsense therapist. She is cognizant of her clients needs and gives great service!

This feels like a strange to say about a counselor, but I found Cathy to be rude, judgmental, and condescending towards me as a parent when I brought my teenage daughter in for counseling. She made me feel highly uncomfortable during our two encounters, coldly chastising me about my hearing difficulties like I was a small child. I am a healthcare professional and was very taken aback by her tone. I desperately needed help for my daughter, and now we have to start all over again trying to find someone to help her. I guess it doesn’t help that she does not have any children of her own, as she told us. My daughter said she was “just okay” but asked me to find someone different after the first session. The physical office environment was not great, either. The one positive thing is the super sweet receptionist, Melissa. She’s a total gem, and worked so hard to get my daughter her appointments. I hope Melissa is highly appreciated, because she was the one bright spot in my experience.

She was very intuitive, responsive, with a empathic compassionate listening ear! A coworker referred me to her and I am so glad she did!

I liked Catherine a lot, but for unknown reasons, I have been getting an answering machine with no return call since 6/4/18, 6/12/18, and I just got an answering machine today. I was happy with the office until June 2018

She is great !
