After several years of therapy, with another therapist, I approached Catherine with issues surrounding anxiety. She suggested Rapid Resolution Therapy for me. Though skeptical, because it seems so different from traditional therapy I had used in the past, I tried it. The results were almost immediate. Instances that triggered stress before did not affect me as they had before this treatment. My anxiety decreased significantly, and these benefits have continued to improve over time.
