Twenty years after seeking Cathy's counsel, I returned ... overwhelmed by unresolved grief and depression. She possesses an instinctive ability to get to the heart of an issue, while exuding a concerned, compassionate and intelligent approach. Sessions including thoughtful questions, mindful listening and wise, thought-provoking advice ... all tailored to my frame of mind during each visit.As I told Cathy: If I 'did the work', it was because she provided (or helped me find) the tools to do so. I am in a better place than I ever though possible ... and I couldn't be more grateful.
