I have been seeing Dr. Norton for over eight years. She is always on top of the newest technology to keep your eyes seeing well and feeling good. She is so kind and is an excellent listener. She really cares about her patients and giving them the best solution for their eyes. Are use of technology is also extremely helpful and her office is very responsive.

The front office holds your script hostage so you have to buy contacts from them. I assume that this is at Dr. Norton’s directive. PLEASE use 1-800-CONTACTS and Warby Parker for glasses. Much more professional and less than half the price of Dr. Norton.

Had a great experience here. Short to no wait time and everything was meticulously explained to me on what they were doing. Billing and insurance benefits was so easy with them too. Super nice place with a great staff and doctor!

After my appointment, they told me they would give me a 20% discount on contacts If I gave them my CC information today. They assured me they wouldn't charge me, since I didnt know what type of contacts I wanted. I looked at the pricing online and park cities was significantly higher. I called and told them I would not be ordering from them unless they could price match. They said they had already charged If they were going to give a refund there would be a 3% fee assessed.

Dr. Norton refused to release a current prescription that we needed for our records. While her staff tried to help us ultimately she refused. Fact is that she has no right to hold it. We will be letting everyone we know what happened. Disappointing and we will never come back to this practice.
