Cathy Phelps, PA-C

Cathy Phelps< PA at OrthoCarolina saw me within 5 hours of my call. I had pain in the right wrist and the right knee. She listened carefully as I described my symptoms, ordered x-rays to verify her diagnoses, and counseled me on what to do to alleviate pain, and discussed a future regimen for resolution. She did all of this while smiling, affirming and reassuring me as if I was the only patient in the clinic. I had a question about the brace she wanted me to wear and she called me back after 6 p.m. to answer my question. She was just as patient then as when I saw her at the clinic. She obviously takes her job seriously, is courteous, knowledgeable and professional while still maintaining a caring attitude. I would go back and take any member of my family to see her. She certainly represents Carolina Orthopedics extremely well.
