Worse ND experience
I've never been talked to in such a disrespectful manner. Dr Picard seemed to have her own agenda, interrupted me, and showed no empathy or basic counseling skills. She also seems to be misinformed as some of the information she gave contradicts the report put out by the specific lab we were discussing. She touted herself as an expert yet disagreed with previous NDs recommendations- which in my opinion is unprofessional, she's basically stroking her ego and saying she's the best. I can understand working with a patient for a while and being more direct with them, but this was not the case. I didn't appreciate at all how I was treated. I would recommend to avoid her like the plague!
