Great first time experience with the provider. She was very thorough.

Very poor telehealth experience. First, she was very unfriendly and condescending. She refused to refill my prescription, then she said she'd make a one-time exception if I took a pregnancy test (even my PCP doesn't require a pregnancy test), she sent the Rx to the incorrect address, it took over a week for the pharmacy to finally receive it, and then it turns out she sent the incorrect dosage and refused to make a correction. It's the worse medical care experience I've had to date, I would suggest avoiding her.

I had a horrible experience with Cearra Prejean for medical care. She does not want to do refills nor does she even care. Exceptionally unprofessional and a horrible experience.

Had a virtual visit with her. She is an NP, not a physician or an MD. My daughter had was out of her seizure medication and I wasn’t able to contact her PCP as he was out of the country. I needed help desperately and showed her my daughter was on this medication for 6 years now. Despite all the prescription bottles and medical history I provided her with, she only gave us a 2- week prescription. TWO WEEKS. She is afraid of doing her job which is why she is an NP. Do NOT see her or any other mid level. Please.
