I am so lucky to have the pleasure to be her client. Cecelia is bright and cheery, but not over the top. She is kind, caring, and approachable. By her education and experience in life, she can put me at ease realizing I am not alone. There is something about being from the mid west with strong family ties that creates a homey feeling during sessions. Cecelia is a wonderful and integral part of the Duarte clinic!!
