So after noticing I was charged twice for the same service from my medical provider, I called in to get things straightened out.I brought it to their attention. Owners son admitted to a mistake on my wife's bill. It some how escalated to him shouting ' why do you always have to be right!'. Like he was talking to his dad or something...then he threatened to share my health information on social media. He then proceeds to share this hypothetical story about a husband and his wife as a reply to my review, that is strikingly similar to my situation, minus the mention of the double charge. He also locked me out of my patient portal so I can not access the bill again, and perhaps have to engage with him again.

A+++ Office that puts you FIRST!! Every time I come here I experience great service. Many doctors offices do not focus on customer service. Coming here you will find what I found, top notch quality care putting your needs first!

AMAZING medical facility! They offer great services for women’s health and are quick on their referrals. I use to be scared to go to the doctors but when I started coming here I look forward to my visits! I'm moving 35 minutes away and plan to travel to see them because, of the great services they offer!

Family Friendly!! I transferred to this wonderful practice from another local one that will remain unnamed and boy am I glad that I did! I bring my kids here and am VERY impressed by the level of care that is provided to my family and children here! The staff has always been extremely kind to us and treats us like family! So sometimes I think I may be going 'crazy'. I go to my old Docs office to re-establish Care and they ask why am I leaving Keady Family Practice? I told them why and they say....they had FOUR patients this week ALONE leaving Keady for poor care, several the week before, and often quite a few a month. Top complaint? Misdiagnosis, not being listened to, poor quality of mental health understanding....I said all these things....it feels good to be validated. Please, don't use Keady

Negative experience with this provider, inappropriately prescribed wrong medications, she never put a hand on me while assessing me as a patient after seeing her multiple times. Poor medical practice if you want a pill pusher this lady is for you!

She has always shown great care toward me. I have always had a great experience at her practice. I find it endearing that her family put it all out on the line to start a local business and compete against the big corporate hospitals! It's tough in the game because everyone else has so much more money than you. I have never been let down by here and because she is family run I have been seen at 6Pm on a Sunday when I call up with an emergency!

Dr. Keady has come into the office at 10PM on a Sunday night to just see me and make sure I was okay. She has been caring, knowledgeable, and always willing to work with whatever facility I may go to. I love that the office is owned and run by a local family with no connections to big hospitals. They let me choose where to go and will always help me save money. I couldn't ask for a better doc!

I find her to be the kindest and most loving provider I have ever met! She cares so much for her patients! She will come into the office at 6:30 AM just to see you if you need her. She has even come in on a sunday just to see me. I couldn't ask for a better provider!

Dr. Keady treats every patient with respect and understanding. Most of all, she LISTENS to what you have to say about your Health, she works with you to find answers, and makes sure you receive the best treatment for your particular Health Condition(s). If she feels referrals to Specialists are needed, they are done promptly. Dr. Keady will work in conjunction with your other Health Providers, to keep you as Healthy as you can possibly be. I very highly recommend - Dr. Cecilia Vicuna-Keady!
