I was upfront and very vocal about being a self-paying patient. I asked the cost and the necessity of each lab taken. Want to know that lab bill I received in the mail? $850. Plus the $150 office visit. I requested that I be put on Loestrin 24, bc I have used that successfully. When I got to the pharmacy, she?d prescribed me Gildess. For five months I bled for 2 weeks. She wouldn't adjust my Rx w/o me taking off work & coming back in for a consultation (+$150) and lab work ($God only knows).

  • Didn't explain conditions well
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
