all my visits have been met with a polite and courteous staff, upon entering exam room Ms. Mendoza always smiles introduces herself and puts me at ease, she ask if i have any new issues and how any old issues are coming along, she goes over all results from labs and other medical forms with me and makes sure i have a good understanding as to how i am doing and what i need to do to better any condition i may have or one that isnt there but could occur if i dont take some precautions in my daily diet or physical activities, she has always been informative and polite, very easy to talk to, i will continue to see her as long as i can

Celia is the most amazing and caring Nurse Practitioner I have ever had the experience of having as a provider for our family. She takes the time to listen and answer any questions or concerns. NP Mendoza spends a significant amount of time making sure you understand your medical issues and works with you on a path forward back to good health. Called today for a consult for a broken hand that requires surgery. My handicap son was given her as his provider by medicaid, but although his bone is broken and requires surgery, she will not see him until November. What kind of provider would tell a mentally handicap child they cannot be seen for another month and a half that requires a console for surgery?
