TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED
Chad Frazer PA (physicians assistant) had terrible bed side manner! After waiting 3 hours, and paying $150 for the visit. He was totally unprofessional in all aspects! He barely talked to me continually disregarded my requests completely! Made jokes about my issues like they were mediocre concerns! I found this very disrespectful on his part! Shame on him for behaving so crudely in his line of work lacking compassion amongst many other skills that are required to work in his line of profession!

I have seen Chad Fraser twice in the past week for a neck injury. I felt like he was genuinely concerned about my well-being and spent adequate time evaluating and discussing results and treatment options for me.

Monday I was seen for a knee injury that Iโ€™ve had for 5-6weeks swelling causing a lot of pain . Dr. Fraser looked over the X-rays quickly and said that if itโ€™s still hurting in 3days to call the office so he didnโ€™t listen to nothing I said and dismissed me wasting my time. Not only that he gives me the exact knee brace that Iโ€™ve been wearing for almost 3weeks that my primary doctor given to me to wear until I could be seen by orthopedic. So here I am still in pain. Very frustrating!
