Dr. Chad Tisdale, OD

Got an appointment same day due to a recent eye problem. Office staff and Optometrist assistant were great. Not much waiting time in the lobby. Dr. Tisdale relieved my concerns and took his time in explaining the next step. Would recommend.

This was the first time my daughter visited an optometrist and so she was quite nervous. Everyone from the front desk to the assistant to Dr. Tisdale to the lady who helped my daughter select her glasses were all incredibly nice and helped settle my daughter’s nerves. Dr. Tisdale and his assistant were both thorough in all the parts of the exam, and they not only explained things to me, but included my daughter in the explanations and in a way that helped her understand. It was a completely positive experience. When we got home and called Grandma, we both told her how wonderful everyone was and my daughter said, “Everyone was patient with me.” I think that says a lot for a 10-year-old to recognize that about Dr. Tisdale and all the other staff we encountered.

Doctor Tisdale and medical staff conducted themselves professionally. Readily and thoroughly answered all my questions. Purpose for visit was my annual diabetic eye exam which is comprehensive.

Takes his time to explain his findings and does a great job of answering all questions, without being in a rush.

This was a followup appointment a year after cataract surgery. Made a few recommendations regarding dry eye, was satisfied with his input.

Even though there were several clients there the service was excellent and it didn’t take long before I was waited on. I was greeted warmly by the staff and Dr. Tisdale himself. Highly recommend their business for any type of eye problems!

Dr Tisdale is very thorough and professional, but he's also very friendly and makes you feel like you're not just another patient. I enjoy seeing Dr Tisdale and his assistant, they make my yearly visit a very pleasant and easy one, even with dilation!

Dr Tisdale and team was very much Involved in the initial interview/ exam. I have had many previous checkups and exams in Pinehurst, Albemarle, and Concord.
