My ex bad mouths every good therapist. Back in 2015, he bad mouthed this woman. The boy in the waiting room belonged to another person who was waiting to be seen. He doesn't want to hear the truth. She called him on his bull. I recently came back for my daughter. New location is nice. Parking great.

Charlene allows her personal views and bias to interfere with therapy. She's double booked appointments for the same time resulting in wait times well over an hour. She was rude and threatening when I disagreed with her views. She's performed therapy sessions while babysitting on more than one occasion which resulted in her spending more time babysitting than in therapy. She should've cancelled appointments instead of giving half attention to individuals that need it.
