I would wholeheartedly recommend NP Ortega to others. I have a few friends who I have already referred NP Ortega to, just because of the level of care I have received from her and the staff at NSFP. NP Ortega is very professional but demonstrates a level of concern for my needs that reflects her humanity and tenderness for any situations that arise. NP Ortega has been friendly, communicative, and sympathetic to my needs and concerns, and I appreciate feeling heard when I communicate how things are going.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:45am, I attempted to check in at the front office desk at exactly 10:58am just to get turned away. The foyer was completely empty and the office workers were nonchalantly tending to their personal endeavors. There is a 15 min grace period that is supposed to be honored. And instead I was turned away in an unethical mannerism. What good doctor would refuse a patient. The staff at the bridge road location came off as lazy and unprofessional.(Dr. Charlene Ortega). It was truly disappointing and unsettling that in such an important profession people still decide to be lackadaisical towards their jobs and patients.

She is not a good doctor at all she’s not about her patients health she was more concerned about getting her other doctor (friends paid) I have a slipped disc in my back and she told me she was not going to help me get accommodations for my back so I would have to lift on my job knowing my orthopedic said I can’t lift push or pull over 10 pounds. She wanted me to go back to my orthopedic knowing he can’t do anything else but give me medicine which I refuse to do I told her I will not be coming back.!
