Charlene is just great. Very "present" and attentive to each person. You feel like she really knows you and sees you as a whole person. Great background and wealth of experience. Committed to what she does. Charlene comes across as her work being more than just a job for her. Wonderful person. Wonderful therapist.

I had a really good experience with Charlene as my PT. In the past when I had PT it was not as individualized would I be shuffled between different therapists and did not get much hands on therapy. This was by far one of my best experiences when going to PT. I have had chronic back pain through out my adult life so have been in PT many times. I felt I got way more individualized attention and care from Charlene then I had ever had in any other PT programs. I would highly recommend her.
