What a pleasant surprise! Dr. Dileo and his office staff were so helpful. I was in desperate need of contacts. Dr. Dileo's office took me as a same day walk in. His staff were so friendly and they made me feel very welcome. Dr Dileo carefully examined my eyes and sent me home with a pair of contacts the same day. He is the only doctor who has been able to get me to see so well. I am so delighted. I will gladly recommend him to EVERYONE!

I would give zero stars if possible. The entire staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly. Dr. Dileo was cold and condescending. For example he acted irritated with me and stated that I looked like I was "uncomfortable" in a very flip manner when I was very clearly 8 months pregnant.
I do not write reviews generally but I thought I should warn people when I went to try to reorder Contacts only to see that he had limited my prescription to only 6months. They then refused to fax my script. Avoid.
