I have seen Mr. Dilla after shoulder surgery and about two years later for some residual pain. I have been to three other physical therapists previously that were each good in their own way. However, Mr. Dilla was the most knowledgeable, practical, and effective. He spent considerable time determining the exact source of pain and developed highly tailored exercises for me to follow. He never pushed services or products on me that I didn't need, and ended my therapy when he saw sufficient progress. He is a one-person operation (plus receptionist) and I wouldn't trade him for all the equipment and flash of the larger PT operations with far less knowledgeable staff.
