Charles is a great counselor/therapist! His methods and approach towards your individual issues will have significant results in their betterment of your own life. My life has dramatically improved with only 4 sessions with Charles. He is great and I highly recommend him for anyone, especially men that struggle with depression, anxiety, or any other mental issues you may have or are going through. He is the man!
