love his sessions great resource not impressed with the billing department. They insist on instant payment didn't verify with the insurance that my out of pocket was met. They assured me I would be reimbursed as soon as they verified information. When I asked for reimbursement they refused until the bill was paid by insurance company. Totally wrong.
