I was able to talk to Charles over the phone before scheduling my first appointment which reduced my anxiety going in. He is very relatable and is very comfortable to talk to. He has a lot of energy and is very good at not only listening; but also helping me understand exactly why I feel the way I feel and how I can have control of my emotions. I would highly recommend Charles.
