The doctor has poor bedside manners. I asked a question and he became confrontational and dismissed my concerns stating, "I do not have time for this. I am very busy and I have other patients to see. I am not repeating myself etc." I was appalled and deeply offended by his rude behavior. Afterwards, a member of his staff also exemplified poor bedside manners by trying to argue with me about my concerns with the doctor. I will never attend this eye clinic again! I am very disappointed in the unprofessionalism I experienced! Their behavior was atrocious!
