This man does not have the temperament to be practicing counseling. He will belittle your shares, your views and opinions in front of an entire group. In private sessions, he will spend more time discussing his problems than really listening to what troubles you in order to help you. Especially if you are a strong man, his need to be the Alpha male in the room kicks in. His anger issues seem to stem from his own father issues. He's also an alcoholic so I wouldn't be surprised if he regresses.
