We have used this doctor for years. The staff are nice and a few have been there since when we started getting our eye exams. Our warranty insurance has covered our lenses a couple of times. My son was visiting from out of state and had something in his eye. He was able to call and come in right away. His eye was scratched with a piece of metal and he was given an exam and medication. We highly recommend Dr. Steverson.

My eye exam was brief to say the least (4 minutes). I'm an a diabetic and usually the eye exam is comprehensive including dilation, tonometry, visual field test and a visual acuity test, obviously not long enough for my eyes to even dilate. The frames I received were of very poor quality and during the third week one frame hinge broke. When I returned for repair I was told there would be a $35.00 charge. I have insurance and will file a grievance. Have been twice both times glasses were sub par
