Charles Walsh, LCADC

I have NEVER received such poor treatment from a counselor. I had a telehealth appointment with Charles 'Chuck' Walsh in March. I've been trying to get a letter from him with the recommendation we spoke about for 4 months. The one time I actually heard back from him, he didn't remember what we'd spoken about, and apparently didn't have it in his notes, I had to remind him what we discussed. When I spoke with the office manager, she understood my frustrations. She spoke with Chuck, and he said he'd write a letter, but it wasn't going to contain the information we discussed, he was going to recommend a 12-week course that he had indicated I didn't need. Needless to say, I refused that offer. The director (also a provider) called me, offered to have him call me, I said I didn't want anything to do with him, I just wanted my $200 back. She refused, saying I'd received a service, even though it wasn't completed. She kept interrupting and talking over me. I'm never coming back.
