The Doctor himself is nice. The office staff will scam you!! My daughter ended up selecting glasses that are going to cost over $300 because the office lady did not direct her to frames that are covered by our insurance. When I called to tell them we can not afford those glasses because they are just too expensive I was told that we HAD to pay for them or the case would be sent off to collections. My daughter is 7, she does not need designer glasses!! We will never go back!
