Treated my children poorly, had an attitude, very uptight, gets offended by asking questions which should never be the case with your pcp, and seems to just want to make up an illness if she doesn't know the answer just to get rid of you which put my child on medicine for no reason that actually harmed her in the long run, because she didn't take the time to figure out what really was going on. I don't see how she wants to be a nurse practitioner, as she doesn't embody the qualities. My two daughters didn't have a good experience with her. One was still sick weeks after her care, and our new pcp help tremendously pick up the slack that should've been taken care of originally by Ingino. Look elsewhere, save yourself the time and emotions.

She had a very persnickety, judgmental, non- friendly attitude towards my children and lacks knowledge. I took two of my children to her and have zero positive things to say about her. One of my children came out feeling emotional as she dismissed my son's pain, and we had to find him a new primary care doctor.She sent my other son away with a headache that was later diagnosed by another doctor as a small tumor in his brain that was causing his symptoms. Chelsea's lack of knowledge sent us out the door thinking everything was fine, the symptoms must just be 'anxiety' or he's having trouble in school. He has school anxiety, but that should never be dismissed as why he's having headaches, because - No, he's having surgery next month via neuroendoscopy after we found a new pcp! I don't normally write reviews, but I don't recommend wasting your time with her.
