I'm a younger individual with unique hearing issues. I didn't need noises louder, but I needed help hearing in loud environments with many sources of noise & I have extremely small ear canals. WORKING WITH DR. LOWRY WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. While I wasn't able to find a pair of hearing aids that I felt comfortable with, she was very amenable - mtg with me multiple times, trying two devices, and even refunding a portion of a custom mold which was non-refundable. Spends time in appt & listens!!
