Many years ago when she did my eye exam many years back even though she was told that I needed prisms due to a prior episode of optic neuritis which had damaged my optic nerve affecting my focusing, she ignored the fact and told me that the prism strength was so low it didn't matter. I ended up having to go to another doctor and pay for a second exam because of her arrogance and failure to listen to the patient. I strongly recommend that you find a different doctor.
