Dr. Cheryl Cole, PSY.D

I went to Dr. Cole for four years and found her more than just helpful but a friend.

Lieing and dishonest money only thing that matters. Our insurance is particular checked beforehand Donna titus was in network and works in this practice. When I went to set up appointment Ms Titus wasn't accepting new patients so she told every other doctor in her practice to call me instead to set up my 10 yr old daughter appointment. When I asked Dr Cole if this was Ms Titus it was unclear and never got name on phone we set up appointment for what I thought was Ms Titus who was in network. Showed up Dr Cole greated us when I asked her before appointment to check insurance she refused and said we could do it for the 40 copay and that she covered most insurance and we would just diguew it out later. So now I have to explain to my 10 year old who was hestiant on talking to someone anyway that we have to see some one else. I specifically said I didn't want to see someone out of network and she pushed and insisted. This is a dishonest money grubbing dear doctor that doesn't listen

I have been going to Cheryl for a little over a year. She has helped me through some of the most difficult and lowest times in my life. She helps me look at things(and come to conclusions) realistically. She always gives me the real truth, even if it's not always what I want to hear. She is very easy to talk to. Doesn't do a lot of note taking, yet remembers names and information with detail. Cheryl has been a wonderful influence on my life. I'm very thankful and I look forward to my visits.
