I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Makk and her office. In and out in an hour and very good care. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Dr. Makk and her staff were very knowledgeable. I will go back if I have any further orthopedic needs. Thanks!

Worst doctor office I hav ever been to. She didn’t greet me or introduce herself when she entered the room. She then left without giving me instructions for my injury. I have never been treated so arrogantly by a doctor or in the fortune 100 company I work for. Since she spent so little time with me I wouldn’t trust her recommendation. I will never return to her. Found a new orthopedic practice

Her doctors appointment is the only one I have ever walked out on, after continually insisting I had an eating disorder after loosing a few pounds due to recently taking up working out. This is just one of the many insulting things she had said to me. Due to genetics I talk about of the side of my mouth a bit (something that has been an insecurity of mine for a while), when I first met her she asked "if I have cerebral palsy or if that was just me". She tried to talk to my sister about how she shouldn't be having sex. This doctor is wildly unprofessional and will insult you every chance she gets.

She always knows just how to treat my symptoms and she is networked with so many great specialists and can get me right in. Plus I love her personality! She’s hip and fun, but very professional.

Extremely easy to converse with and has an unbelievable attention to detail. Remembers personal and medical details said as a quick aside from months previous. Excellent "bed-side manner". Could not recommend enough.

I would not recommend anyone to see Cheryl Makk. Her "bedside manner" is bar none the worst I've ever dealt with. Everything is over-the-top dramatic and she does not listen AT ALL. She has even argued against the treatment of my other specialty doctors. Excuse me but these are DOCTORS in highly specialized fields - I think I'll follow their plan of treatment. I have no respect for someone who doesn't listen and does the complete opposite of what you discussed. Very unprofessional!
